On May 29th, 2019 at 03.00 pm, Mr. Pairoj Klanwaree, Head of Business Section, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended the signing the condolence book ceremony on the passing of General Prem Tinsulanonda, former Prime Minister, President of the Privy Council, and statesman at the former Samut Songkhram City Hall. Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, the Governor of Samut Songkhram Province presided over the ceremony while the heads of government agencies was attending the ceremony and was standing and observing a minute of silence to express condolence.
