On May 28th, 2019 at 09.30 am, Mr. Pairoj Klanwaree, Head of Business and Income Procurement, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended a sub-committee meeting of One Subdistrict One Product at the provincial level. Mr. Sumet Theeraniti, Permanent Secretary of Samut Songkhram Province presided over the meeting while Miss Benjamas Wongsuwan, Provincial Developer as a subcommittee and secretary clarified various details. There were subcommittee from government agencies, private sectors and qualified persons attended the meeting.

The meetings was organized to clarify to relevant agencies about the appointment of qualified members and representatives of private organizations in the OTOP subcommittee at the provincial level by considering the evaluation and classification of tourism communities in Samut Songkhram Province. The summary of the revenue target from the sale of OTOP community products for fiscal year 2019 from the Department of Community Development, it increased from the fiscal year 2018 for 23 percent. Samut Songkhram Province had promoted and supported OTOP manufacturers in selling community products (OTOP) in Samut Songkhram Province between October 2018 to April 2019, it was found that the total revenue was 652 million baht.
