Mr. Kajadpai Burutpat, President of the Civil Servant Development Foundation (Former Secretary-General of the National Security Council) was the lecturer. The participants in the discussion on the topic of "Moral Heritage and Royal Determination with King’s Science", were Mr. Sanit Naksuksri, Former Governor of Sa Kaeo Province, Mr. Adisak Tanyakul, Director and Secretary General of Government Development Foundation (Former Deputy Secretary of the National Security Council), Mr. Samphan Phongphanakul, Chairman of the Tourism Industry Council of Samut Songkhram Province, and Mr. Pisit Suasaming, President of Samut Songkhram Provincial Administration Organization. The seminar was organized by the Civil Servant Development and Samut Songkhram Foundation at Mae Klong Meeting Room, Samut Songkhram City Hall. On this occasion The Royal Determination of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, such as the science of dominion, the science of occupation, the science of development, and the science of peaceful coexistence, were brought to the discussion and geared towards civil servants, government officials, and educational personnel to be a good model for both in education administration and in developing learners for the most benefit to the country.
