On April 3rd, 2019 at 11.20 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended the rehearsal ceremony to draw water from the holy water in Samut Songkhram Province for ceremony of the gathering of sacred water, the coronation ceremony at the Ratchaburi River, Khlong Sam Yak in front of Dao Deung Temple. Mr. Pornphot Phenphat, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, presided over the ceremony while Mrs. Sukanda Worachetbancha, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, led heads of related government agencies to attend the ceremony. After that, the car procession brought the sacred water to Phet Samut Worawihan Phra Aram Luang Temple, Muang District, Samut Songkhram, for the coronation ceremony on April 6th 2019. Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, joined the procession number 3 with the university bus number 7314-Bangkok.
