On April 3rd at 2019 at 02.30 AM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, attended a preparatory meeting for prevention and reduction of accidents during Songkran Festival 2019 in Samut Songkhram Province and the opening ceremony of the Center for the Prevention and Reduction of Accidents during Songkran 2019 in Samut Songkhram Province "Drive with Kindness, Maintain Traffic Discipline". Mr. Prachin Thansirisin, Deputy Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over the ceremony, along with the heads of government agencies who attended the meeting to receive the policy guidelines and prepare for the campaign to prevent and reduce accidents during Songkran Festival at the 5th floor meeting room, Samut Songkhram City Hall.
