On December 20th, 2019 at 09.30am, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center,  Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University attended a meeting to create an agricultural development plan at Laem Yai Sub-district level  organized by the Samut Songkhram Provincial Farmers Council at the Meeting Room of Laem Yai Subdistrict Administration Organization. Mr.Siang Inprasert chaired the meeting along with Mr. Amornsak Chattarathin, President of Laem Yai Subdistrict Administrative Organization with the objective to acknowledge problems in agricultural occupation of farmers and the needs for career development of farmers in total of 6 issues such as debt problems, problems for agricultural water sources, arable land problems, agricultural product prices, farmers' welfare problems,  agricultural rights and unfairness, and social problems or quality of life of farmers, while the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University would participate in providing academic services for the society in the preservation of arts and culture for the benefit of the community.
