On December 18th, 2020 at 08.30am, at 500-seat Auditorium, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized a video conference for executives, professors and personnel of Samut Songkhram Education Center, College of Allied Health Sciences, Center of Excellence in Elderly Care who attended the meeting to accept the policy and operational guidelines in fiscal year 2021,  and a policy on university reform in the digital age.

                            Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chutikan Srivibool, President of the University, chaired the meeting and gave the management and operational policies to develop the university in the current situation. All tertiary institutions are affected by declining learners, receiving support for the national budget, which is likely to continually reduce the national budget from the government. The university has to rely on itself in a part of personnel, faculties and various departments. Everyone has to mobilize vigorously in the course publicity using online communication technology to reach the target audience for maximum efficiency continuously. Executives, instructors and personnel must have the role of public relations, with Up-skill and Re-skill to cope with the change of job description to reduce the cost of hiring more employees. Employees must have more than one skill to build resources that are as strong as their peers in the same industry to help push forward Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to get through without leaving each other.

                            Then, there were policies from the executives on various topics. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wittaya Mekkam, Acting Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance, gave a lecture on the Government Performance Evaluation Form and University Ranking (U-Ranking) while Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center also attended the meeting.
