On September 17, 2018 at 1.30pm,  Assist. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, the director of Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University  attended the Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Committee Conference 6/2018 with Mr. Kunchat Tansathien, the provincial governor of Samut Songkhram as a chairman of the meeting. There were head of government, private sector and public sector attending the meeting in order to aware of the situation of the administrative budget for province/ provinces under the provincial annual plan in the fiscal year 2019.

 In order to increase efficiency in budget management according to the annual plan of the province and provinces in the fiscal year 2019 under the integrated provincial development plan, Ministry of the Interior (Thailand), as a host of the provincial integrated plan for provincial development, agreed that it is important to create understanding and set budgets for the province/ provinces in fiscal year 2019.

Samut Songkhram Province Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University together with Samut Songkhram province started running 3 projects to strengthen and sustain the domestic economy of Thailand as follows:

1. The value adding project for sea salt and products from sea salt in Samut Songkhram

2. Waste management project by using renewable energy and earthworm fertilizer

3. Research project on Mae Klong river

In the fiscal year 2018, Assist. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, the director of Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, clarified the details of the disbursement process on all projects in the conference at Mae Klong Hall, 5th Floor, Samut Songkhram town hall.
