On January 14th, 2020, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, has assigned Mr. Wuttikrai Prawatphong, Ms. Patchara Saengnuan, Ms. Suphannarai Sanguansai to visit the shops on Ekachai Road, Muang District, Samut Songkhram Province, such as Jae Karat Coffee Shop, King Gorilla Coffee Shop, Check Hair Barber Shop, Noodle Restaurant, Rice and Curry Restaurant, Beauty Shop, and Saleng Burger. The results of the monitoring showed that every shop has conducted the assessment in accordance with the preventive measures by the government. Consumers were aware of the importance of preventing the spread of COVID-19, while the sellers cleaned the stores at the frequently touched surfaces, provided alcohol gel at the service points, provided hand washing service points, wore a fabric mask or surgical mask, did not provide service to people who did not wear a mask, had access registration points through the Thai Chana application, had a limit on the number of service users, and kept the social distance. In this regard, 9 urgent measures against COVID-19 were promoted to merchants and service recipients by introducing and providing assistance in downloading and using the application system "Mor Chana". The results of the performance were well operated. The sellers were informed and willing to cooperate.
