On November 14th, 2019 at 09.00am, Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Head of the Office of Samut Songkhram Education Center Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, led a team of staff to attend the ceremony to commemorate the royal grace of His Majesty the King Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, on the occasion of "Father of the Royal Rainmaking Day" of the year 2019. Mr. Charas Bunnasa, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province presided over the ceremony of laying fresh flowers  In front of the image of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Phiphat Mongkhon Auditorium, Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, Mueang District, Samut Songkhram Province.
