On February 14th, 2019 at 09.00 AM, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with Samut Songkhram Livestock Office and Samut Songkhram Public Health Office organized "With Love and Health Care Project" in the community of Wat Prok Sutharamam, Bang Khae subdistrict, Amphawa district, Samut Songkhram province. The objective was to follow Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Development Plan to be a high level academic center and organize academic services to strength of the community and to develop academic dissemination systems to the community.

Ajarn Kantapong prabsangob was a lecturer and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, provide basic health screening services, physical examination, bone mass measurement, nutritional assessment for eating behavior change. Mr. Chatchai Yimkreua from Samut Songkhram Livestock Office organized a dogs and cats sterilization surgery service because last year of the epidemic of rabies in Thailand made people more interested in this problem because it can spread from animals to humans. Samut Songkhram Public Health Office provided consultation services, health document services, elderly care, and publicize about how to take care of patients and the elderly.

In this regard, Ms. Suphirat Plangcharoenphol, permanent secretary of Bang Khae subdistrict administrative organization announced to the people in Proksumthammaram community, Bang Khae subdistrict, Amphawa district, Samut Songkhram province, to participate in the project so that people would receive academic services and knowledge about health in order to raise the standard of community, society and participation in the country development.
