On October 13, 2018 at 7.00pm, Ajarn Wannee Phromdao, deputy director of special affairs, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and staff participated the candle-lit ceremony in honor of His Majesty King Rama 9. Mrs. Sukanda Vorachetbancha, the governor of Samut Songkhram province, government officers, state employees, provincial administrative organization dressed up white government uniform while people in Samut Songkhram wore yellow shirts to pay homage, commemorate the bow in grace, light candles and stand calmly for 89 seconds. On this occasion, Thai royal anthem was sung loudly at the meeting room of the provincial administration organization to commemorate the grace of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on the day of death, October 13, 2018.
