“The performance of good deeds, most of the time, stays against our satisfaction and human desires; therefore, it is difficult to be executed, and its results are revealed tardily. Still, it is necessary that good deeds be practiced. Once they are missing, the effortless evil doings will take their places and will accrue abruptly without one’s awareness. We should be determined and persevere to do good things in order to have a proper life" 

The Royal Guidance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej in the graduation ceremony of Royal Police Cadet Academy at Amporn Park on August 14, 1982. This is one of Royal Guidances that Thai people always remember and bring to practice, especially on auspicious occasion, the day of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 66th Birthday on July 28, 2018.

With the intention to follow royal aspirations being a contributor under the volunteer project, "We do good deeds with heart", the project of His Majesty which was initiated by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s, all the public and private sectors have been set it up in both the central and regional regions for the commemoration this year.

Samut Songkhram Province Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in collaboration with Baan Ua Arthorn Community Housing, Samut Songkhram Province, organized the " The Power of Loyalty Dedicated to King Rama 9" project on October 13, 2018 at 10.00am. In the same day, Ajarn Wannee Phromdao, deputy director of special affairs led staffs and students in the Samut Songkhram Education Center Dormitory to participate volunteer activity cleaning neighborhood on the day of death on October 13, which all the volunteer participated in willingly at Baan Ua Arthorn Community and Samut Songkhram Education center Dormitory.
