On October 13, 2018 at 09.00 am at the Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization meeting room, Mrs. Sukanda Vorachetbancha, governor of Samut Songkhram province was the chairman leading the judicial officers, military prosecutors, civil police, merchants, people, and organizations to attend the wreath ceremony and paid respect to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on the occasion of the death of October 13, 2018. There were many judicial officers, military prosecutors, civil police, merchants, people and organizations express their loyalty and remembrance to His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
