On October 13, 2018 at 7:00 pm, Ajarn Wannee Payeprai, deputy director of special affairs, Samut Songkhram Provincial Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, together with staff and government officers in Samut Songkhram province made merit on the day of the death of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. On this occasion, Mrs. Sukanda Vorachethabancha, governor of Samut Songkhram province presided over the ceremony. Phra Ratcha Dhamma Suthee, the abbot of Wat Kate Karam was the chancellor leading 89 monks to receive a plaque in honor of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej on October 13, 2018, at the courtyard of Samut Songkhram town hall.
