On August 12th, 2020, Asst.Prof.Dr.Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with personnel, attended the alms giving ceremony offering as a royal charity on  National Mother's Day on August 12th, 2020, in front of the city hall of Samut Songkhram. Phra Thep Sumethee, Samut Songkhram Primate, was the president of the clergy, while Mr.Charas Boonnasa, Samut Songkhram Provincial Governor, was a secular president bringing the chiefs of government agencies and local people to make alms to 89 monks with rice, dried food, to present as a royal charity on the occasion of the birthday of Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother Royal. Then, the president signed a blessing on the occasion of the birthday of Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, at the Provincial Administrative Organization Auditorium to show loyalty.
            The August 12th of each year is considered as the National Mother's Day since it is the day of the birth of Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother. It is a very important day for the Thai people to show their loyalty to The Queen Mother and be aware of the royal’s grace to Thais.
