On January 10th, 2020, Miss Chayanisa Eimparsert, Public Relations Officer, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University participated in training course on news writing for public relations, photo taking, and photo selection for public relations. Mr. Charas Bunnasa, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province was the chairman of the training and was the lecturer discussing the importance of public relations according to the policy, proactive public relations in the IT era through online social media such as Facebook/ Line/ Youtube, etc., and basic public relations techniques for effective news distribution.

After that, Mr Apichan Panpricha, Samut Songkhram Public Relations described "How to Write Effective News" so that trainees can write news and can publish important and useful information to the public as well as can become a public relations development network in Samut Songkhram Province, making the news spread through various media channels accurately and quickly.

There were 90 public relations officers of government agencies, state enterprises, local administrative organizations, independent organizations participating in the training at the meeting room on the 5th floor of the provincial city hall.
