Local Research and Development Institute in Provincial Group, Lower Central Region has driven the operation plan of the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research team has reported the research results domestically and internationally which cover the environment of economic aquaculture and sea crabs.

              The growth of sea crab relies on "the abundance of mangrove forest in the Samut Songkhram Education Center as an excellent nursery of sea crabs where contain foods and the integrity of nature".

               There was a study of the environment on the salinity , pH, and turbidity of the water, as well as the measurement of the growth rate of the crab to further develop in various aquaculture aspects. The Research Institute has a plan to be the center to develop the source of knowledges for agencies as well as people in Samut Songkhram Province and other provinces to develop people and knowledge, and continue to be a "learning center" to create strategies for security of Samut Songkhram  Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
