Acting Director of "Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University" Participated in Fighting Against Corruption "Zero Tolerance: Thai People Don’t Tolerate Corruption"

ctor of Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the International Anti-Corruption Day (Thailand) activity. The attendees watched the video of opening remarks and announcements of intent on International Anti-Corruption Day (Thailand) by the Prime Minister, General Prayut Chan-o-cha. Then, the Prime Minister gave a special speech on "Thai Tac Team: Reducing Corruption". Then, Police General Watcharapol Prasarnratchakit, Chair of the NACC Board announced the results of the assessment of the moral and transparency in the operations of government agencies (ITA) and the situation of corruption under the concept "Zero Tolerance: Thai People Don’t Tolerate Corruption” to raise people's awareness of corruption which affects the security of the government as well as a hindrance to the country's economic development. It also destroys democracy, and to raise awareness of the role of the United Nations Convention on Anti-Corruption in Combat and Prevention, in order to express the political will that the government has given priority in solving the problem of corruption as an urgent agenda. Therefore, the activities were adjusted to suit the situation of the spread of infectious disease - Coronavirus 2019 in a hybrid event. The target groups who attended the event at the venue (on ground) and the target groups who participated in Zoom programs or other programs by watching live broadcasts from Facebook Live. After that, everyone listened to the topic "Anti-Cheat" by Phra Maha Sompong Tanputto and Phra Ajarn Dr. Sompong Ratanavaso, followed by an award ceremony for assessing the moral and transparency of the agency's operations within the government sectors (ITA) for the fiscal year 2020, and the trophy for local administration with the scores at the AA level before the final sequence which was the photoshoot session. The event was held by the NACC office of Samut Songkhram Province at Mae Klong Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Samut Songkhram City Hall.
