On February 7th, 2019 at 1.30 PM, Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated the opening ceremony of the "Drug Addiction Behavior Change Center Project, Samut Songkhram Province Fiscal Year 2019, 1st Generation". Mr. Prachin Thansirisin, deputy governor of Samut Songkhram Province, presided over the opening of the project, along with the heads of government agencies participating in giving chance for people to return to society in the future.

Mr. Sumet Teeraniti, permanent secretary of Samut Songkhram Province, reported that those who undergo treatment for drug users and drug addicts can return to live a normal life happily and do not return to use drugs again. Drug Prevention and Suppression Center, Samut Songkhram Province focused on the development of standard treatment processes for all systems to be more effective in accordance with the government policy to give priority for solving drug users and drug addicts by focusing on improving the standard of treatment for drug users and drug addicts.

A total participants would be 100 people during February 4th-15th, 2019 at Bangkaew Temple, Muang District, Samut Songkhram Province.
