On February 5th, 2020 at 01.30pm, Samut Songkhram Student Dormitory Office,  Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University  led by Mr. Eakkachon Noyngern, Head of the Office  along with Miss Apinya Mukdathanaphong, Acting Manager of Student Dormitory, Mr. Chatchai Yimkruea, Samut Songkhram Provincial Livestock Officer,  and animal welfare organizations,  vaccinated and sterilized street dogs to prevent against rabies and the increasing number of stray dogs in the dormitory area, to reduce the problem of increasing the number of stray dogs and cats in the dormitory, and to reduce hazards for personnel / students / visitors  from the support from the National Housing Authority, Samut Songkhram Community Housing Sub-Office providing the space in the operation.
