Business and Revenue Department, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized training "Personality Development Workshop for Effective Service” between April 1st-2nd 2019. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of the Samut Songkhram Education Center, was the chairperson of the training, along with Ajarn Wannee Promdao, Deputy Director of Special Affairs Department. The project was organized in order to create good attitude and add value to the service that staffs provide as an educational work is a service that needs to meet many people, including students, internal personnel, and also outsiders. The objective was to achieve excellence in service and drive the education center which will lead to a good image for the university.

 On this occasion Ajarn Narumol Chomchom, Deputy Director of Special Affairs Department, The Institute for the Creation and Promotion of Lifelong Learning, was a lecturer training about personality and service to create a good image of the organization and also helped develop personality in terms of service skills, dressing, eye contact, walking, standing, sitting, and speaking.

Samut Songkhram Education Center realizes the importance of such matters, therefore managed the workshop project to develop staffs personality for effective service to meet the university's policy in personnel development, increased knowledge about social skills about both Thai manners and international manners, and enhance skills to have a good personality and confidence in speaking in public.
