On July 4th, 2019, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a ceremony to celebrate Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Walailak Agrarajakumari on the Occasion of the Birthday on July 4th, 2019. Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, the director, presided over the ceremony, while the administrators, faculty members, personnel in Samut Songkhram Educational Centers, College of Allied Health Sciences, and the Center for Excellence in Elderly Care, attended the ceremony to show loyalty altogether at the central hall, 1st floor, Health Rehabilitation Building, Samut Songkhram Education Center.
