On April 22-24, 2019, Business and Income Procurement Department, Samut Songkhram Education Center, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the project "The Corporate Management for the Organizational Success" to the staffs. Asst. Prof. Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Director of Samut Songkhram Education Center, opened the project which aims to define vision, values, management strategies that are consistent with the nature of the organization and nature of employees in the organization. Moreover, the objective was for exchanging ideas in style of supportive management for working as a team effectively. On this occasion, Assist. Prof. Dr. Yuthana Sudcharoen, Deputy Executive Director Office of Research and Development Institute, was a lecturer, providing knowledge on organizational empowerment for  success, and describing the administrative process systematically and have appropriate management guidelines for the staffs in order to help coordinating, officiating, and formulating the plan together. This would make the organization more competitive and is the key to bringing the organization to success effectively. The project was held at the classroom, 2nd floor, Health Rehabilitation Building, Samut Songkhram Education Center.
