The data was subsequently analyzed by statistical calculation for frequency, percentage, mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.) and specified by criteria. And tested the research hypotheses by SPSS using statistical examination namely; Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple regressions. I found that 1) The innovation competencies of social studies student teachers total 8 indicators showed high mean ( = 3.69 S.D. = 0.27), 2) The individual factors affecting the innovation competencies according to the opinions of the social studies student teachers are 6 variables of knowledge, 6 variables of thinking skills and 12 variables of personal attributes. 3) The levels of individual factors influencing the social studies student teachers' innovative competencies all 3 dimensions had high mean; knowledge ( = 3.76 S.D. = 0.23), innovative thinking skill ( = 3.62 S.D. = 0.78), and personal attributes ( = 3.69 S.D. = 0.54). 4) The levels of individual factors correlated with the levels of student teachers’ innovation competencies with statistically significant at the .05 level. 5) 24 variables of individual factors had no influence on their ability to prepare the plan, ability to research the innovation, and ability to bring the innovative educational innovations with statistically significant at the .05 level.
