The research aims to study the exploratory factors of work-life balance for employees in high performance organizations and to analyze factors impacting work-life balance of employees in order to use them to formulate the alternative strategies to construct work -life balance for employees in high performance organization in Thailand. The research consists of 3 processes that study the components of work-life balance of employees by using the statistics of exploratory factor analysis from 600 samples. Then analyze factors impacting work-life balance of the former representative samples by using multiple regression analysis and One-way ANOVA from 364 samples and also formulate the alternative strategies to construct the work-life balance for employees by focus group of 9 experts. The research revealed that the exploratory factors of work-life balance consisted of 5 components namely (1) Working environment (2) Happy organization (3) Operational knowledge improvement (4) Team work efficiency and (5) Time management. While factors impacting work-life balance revealed that the social support affected work-life balance for employees with the statistical significance at the level of .05. The research also revealed that age differences affected work-life balance with the statistical significance at the level of .05. The alternative strategies on work-life balance revealed that those aged over 50 years old were the "Work and travel" and "Stories told from elders to youngers" strategies. Those aged between 40-49 years old were the "Flexible work life" and "Foundation of life" strategies. Those aged between 30-30 years old were the "Happy day" and "Ant army builds a city" strategies and those aged under 30 years old were the "Happy work and play" and "Value of time" strategies.
